What is Hart Sales & Marketing (HSM)?

HSM is an independent Sales and Marketing consulting company, which specialize in “Sales Process and Marketing Solutions”. We work with our clients to insure they are maximizing their salespeople’s potential by using the right process and sales coverage model. We will also provide a number of other sales and marketing functions based on a mutual needs assessment to be conducted with each new client.

How do we determine what services we need?

HSM will work with you to conduct a preliminary situation appraisal and provide a detailed proposal on what services will serve your immediate needs, while at the same time addressing your long-term goals.

What does all of this cost?

Generally, we work with a client on a retainer basis. Together we’ll define the overall scope of the project and provide a Statement of Work, along with our fees. Half of the agreed upon fee will be due before work begins and the balance will be invoiced accordingly, based on an agreed upon schedule.
